Beef in Peppercorn Sauce

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the steak for 2-3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Blend the cornflour with the stock and add to the pan with the Peppercorns, mustard and Salt. Bring to the boil, stirring until thickened. Stir in the cream.

  • Serve with rice.
