Spicy Steak Stir Fry has a medium chilli heat.
STEP 1: Rinse the rice in cold water and place in a saucepan. Pour in enough water to cover the rice by 2.5cm (1”). Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
STEP 2: Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the beef and onion for 3 minutes.
STEP 3: Add the peppers and the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes until the peppers have softened.
STEP 4: Serve with the cooked and drained rice.
