A rich and creamy sauce flavoured with lemon and herbs, combined with delicious chicken, bacon and leeks, and topped with cheese for a quick and tasty mid-week meal.
Pre-heat oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.
Fry chicken, bacon and leeks for 5 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and pour over chicken. Bring to the boil, stirring and simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
