A creamy recipe mix with basil, garlic and cheese for a delicious pasta dish.
Heat oil, add chicken and broccoli, cover and sauté for 8-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Mix sachet contents with milk, add to pan and heat through until it begins to simmer. Stir in linguine, tomatoes and cheese.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Add a splash of pasta water if sauce seems a little thick.
Serve immediately with garlic bread and salad. Garnish with shavings of Parmesan.
Try replacing the chicken with 450g diced, skinless salmon fillets. Sauté broccoli until tender, mix sachet contents with milk and add to pan with salmon, bring to a simmer and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
