Creole-style Chicken with Vegetables
Heat 1 tbs oil in a frying pan and fry chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden. Add 1 tbs Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend. Cut the pineapple slices into chunks and add to the pan with 2 tbs of the pineapple juice.
Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the potatoes and onion until browned. Stir in the remaining Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend, sweetcorn and red pepper and fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Serve the chicken with the pan-fried vegetables.
