Jambalaya

A fantastic one-pan meal combining chicken, smoked sausage and prawns with rice, celery and spring onions, all deliciously spiced with Cajun Special Blend to add a unique flavour to this tasty Jambalaya.

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken, celery and sausage until browned and cooked through. Add the Perfect Shake Cajun Special Blend and cook for a further 1 minute.

  • Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the spring onions, and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until heated throughout. Stir in the spring onions and heat through for a further 1-2 minutes.
