A rustic Spanish, tomato and chicken dish with Oregano, Smoked Paprika and Thyme.
STEP 1Add the tomato purée, water and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste.
STEP 2Serve with rice.
STEP 3Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken and bacon for 7-8 minutes until browned.
STEP 4Toss in the pepper and add the Smoked Paprika, Minced Garlic, Oregano, Thyme and Fennel Seeds. Cook for a further minute.
