Onion & Chive Potato Gratin

Delicious potatoes cooked in a creamy sauce flavoured with Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Chives and Mustard Seed combined with cherry tomatoes and ham and then topped with cheese before being baked in the oven for a mouth-watering potato gratin.

  • Pre-heat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5.

  • Place the potatoes, cream, milk, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Chives and Mustard Seeds in a large saucepan, season to taste. Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Add the tomatoes and ham to the potatoes and pour into the dish. Top with the cheese and bake for 40 - 45 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked through.
