- 1 packet Schwartz Fish Pie Sauce
- 235g (11oz) mixed fish pack (salmon, smoked haddock, cod and prawns)
- 375g (13oz) mashed potato
STEP 1Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C, 400˚F, Gas Mark 6.
STEP 2Place mixed fish in an ovenproof dish, pour over sauce and top with mashed potato.
STEP 3Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and potato is golden.
STEP 4Serve immediately with green vegetables.
