Delicious fish cakes combining mashed potatoes, tuna and Perfect Shake Garlic & Herb Mash Special Blend. Great served as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a main meal with vegetables or salad.
- 225g (8oz) mashed potato
- 400g (14oz) tin tuna, thoroughly drained
- 4 tbs Schwartz Perfect Shake Garlic & Herb Mash Herb & Spice Blend
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tbs oil
- sweet chilli dipping sauce to serve
STEP 1Mix the mashed potato, tuna, Perfect Shake Garlic & Herb Mash Special Blend and egg yolk together. Divide the mixture into 8 and shape into patties.
STEP 2Fry the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides and drain on kitchen paper.
