Salmon & Broccoli Quiche
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Roll out the pastry and line a 20.5cm (8") flan ring. Chill. Bake blind for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend eggs into the sauce, stir in Tarragon, salmon and seasoning. Arrange broccoli over pastry case and pour over the sauce. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until golden and set.
