These delicately flavoured Lamb Koftas are great served with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
- 450 g (1 lb) minced lamb
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Schwartz Lamb
STEP 1: Place the minced lamb, red onion, lemon juice and Perfect Shake Lamb Special Blend in a large bowl and blend together with your hands.
STEP 2: Form the mixture into kofta shapes around wooden skewers.
STEP 3: Cook under a pre-heated medium grill for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
STEP 4: Serve with mango raita, pitta breads and cucumber salsa.
