Roasted Nuts with Garam Masala
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.
Place the nuts, oil, Garam Masala, salt and Cayenne Pepper in a small roasting tin and stir well until the nuts are thoroughly coated with the oil and spices. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Stir half-way through cooking.
Allow to cool before eating. This snack with mild Indian spices is ideal to serve with drinks before a meal.
