A delightfully creamy sauce, with mushrooms and ham, making this delicious Spaghetti Carbonara ideal for all the family.
STEP 1Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain.
STEP 2Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion for 5 minutes, until softened. Add the mushrooms, Perfect Shake Garlic Italian Special Blend and ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3Stir in the cream and spaghetti. Toss well and serve immediately.
