  • Heat the oil, fry the onion and pepper for 6-7 minutes until softened. Add the Paprika and cook for a further minute.

  • Stir in the chorizo and chopped tomatoes, simmer for 4-5 minutes.

  • Stir in the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve.
