A delicious Hanovarian Bacon Hotpot flavoured with Bouquet Garni and a hint of Black Pepper.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bacon, potatoes and carrots until just beginning to colour.
Stir in the stock, Bouquet Garni, Dill and Pepper. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the beans, cooking apple and cornflour paste. Cover and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Remove Bouquet Garni. Serve with crusty bread and extra vegetables.
