Delicious fluffy mashed potatoes flavoured with cheese, Chives and Parsley.

  • Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 15-20 minutes. Drain.

  • Add the remaining ingredients and mash until soft and fluffy. Season to taste and serve.
