  • Cook the rice in boiling water with the Pilau Rice Seasoning for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan and gently fry the onion until soft.

  • Stir in the rice, peas, fish and eggs. Heat through over a low heat, stirring gently.
