- 1 mixed salad leaves
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 325g (11oz) strawberries, halved
- 50g (2oz) pecan nuts, toasted
- Cinnamon Vinaigrette:
- 5 tbs olive oil
- 5 tbs orange juice
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp Schwartz Cinnamon Ground
- 1 tsp Schwartz Ginger Ground
- Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
STEP 1For the Vinaigrette, whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
STEP 2Just before serving, toss the salad leaves, orange segments, strawberries and pecans together in a large bowl (or divide among individual serving plates). Drizzle with the Cinnamon Vinaigrette and toss lightly to serve. Season to taste.
