  • Heat the oil in a large pan or wok. Stir fry the vegetables until crisp but cooked. Mix the Ginger, honey, cider vinegar, Mustard Seed and soy sauce together. Pour over the vegetables, stir fry for 1-2 minutes longer and serve.

  • These vegetables make a great accompaniment to any Chinese meal.
