- 200g Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 3 tbs Schwartz Tandoori Curry Spice Blend
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, scored
1. Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and Tandoori Curry Spice Blend in a bowl, add the chicken and coat thoroughly.
2. Cover and marinate for 30 mins, or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Pre-heat the grill to medium and grill for 8-10 mins on each side, until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
