Modified Starch, Onion Powder, Salt, Garlic Powder (9%), Sugar, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Oregano, Garlic)(6%), Dried Red Bell Peppers, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Yeast Extract, Maltodextrin, Colour (Plain Caramel), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Cayenne Pepper, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sunflower Oil, Colour (Paprika Extract), Flavouring.

Usage Tips

For OUR RECIPE you will need …
1 sachet Schwartz Peri Peri Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) cold water


Directions …

1. Mix sachet contents with water. Bring to the boil gently, stirring continuously. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened.

2. Serve immediately.

Microwave (800W) …

Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.

Empty sachet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Mix in water. Heat on full power for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well and ensure piping hot before serving.

Hints & Tips …
Delicious served with chicken drumsticks or thighs, prawns or steak. Try adding just 150ml (¼ pint) water to make a spicy Peri Peri glaze for chicken portions and vegetables before roasting in the oven.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
