1. Pour contents into a small saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Shake pouch gently. Tear off top of pouch and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving. Handle pouch with caution.

For a rich Oriental salmon stir fry, fry 350g (12oz) cubed salmon fillets in 1 tsp oil for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Add 100g (4oz) sliced spring onions and 1 sliced yellow pepper. Stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes. Great served on a bed of rice or noodles.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
