- 1 tbs oil
- 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 red onion, thickly sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 125g baby corn, sliced lengthways
- 225ml water
Easy as 1, 2, 3...
1 Heat oil and fry chicken for 5 mins, or until browned.
Add onion, pepper and corn, fry for another 5 mins.
2 Mix seasoning with water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a couple of mins, or until sauce thickens and chicken cooked through.
3 Serve with long grain rice.
Try Something Different:
Top with grated cheese, also great with sliced pork or beef steak instead of chicken.
Try serving in flour tortillas instead of rice.
