Just Add:
- 1 tbs oil
- 200g broccoli spears
- 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
- 250g King prawns
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 225ml water
Easy as 1, 2, 3...
1 Heat oil, stir fry the broccoli for 3 mins.
2 Add the spring onions, prawns and carrot and fry for a further 3 mins.
Mix seasoning with water add add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a couple of mins, or until sauce thickens and prawns cooked through.
3 Serve with rice and lime wedges.
Hints & Tips
Try Something Different: Garnish with toasted cashews. Instead of prawns, try frying sliced chicken breast for 5 mins before adding the vegetables. Toss through cooked noodles at the end as an alternative to rice.
