Tuna Pasta Bake

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion, diced

350 gram (12 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

1 sachet Tuna and Mushroom Pasta Bake

350 millilitre (12 fluid ounce) semi-skimmed milk

2 x 185g tins tuna, drained

175 gram (6 ounce) pasta, cooked and drained

50 gram Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
- 1 Pre-heat oven to 200?C, 400?F, Gas Mark 6.
- 2 Heat oil and fry onion for 4-5 minutes, until softened. Add mushrooms and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Mix sachet contents with milk and add to pan. Bring to the boil, stirring and cook for 1 minute. Stir in tuna and cooked pasta.
- 3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- 4 Serve with green salad.
