This quick and easy recipe uses store cupboard ingredients to create a tasty pasta dish with bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Heat oil and fry bacon for 1-2 minutes. Drain excess liquid.
Add mushrooms and fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, sachet contents, water and tomato purée. Bring to the boil, stirring.
Simmer for 5 minutes and then combine the sauce with the tagliatelle.
Serve with a crisp green salad and garlic bread.
