Pork in White Wine Sauce
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops until browned for 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Add the onion and bacon to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for a further minute.
Blend the packet contents with the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil stirring until thickened. Return the chops to the pan. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
