Pork in White Wine Sauce

2 tablespoons oil

4 pork chops, trimmed

1 onion, chopped

100 gram (4 ounce) back bacon, chopped

100 gram (4 ounce) mushrooms, sliced

1 packet White Wine Sauce with Herbs

300 millilitre (1/2 pint) milk

Instructions
- 1 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops until browned for 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
- 2 Add the onion and bacon to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for a further minute.
- 3 Blend the packet contents with the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil stirring until thickened. Return the chops to the pan. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
