  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops until browned for 4-5 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

  • Add the onion and bacon to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and fry for a further minute.

  • Blend the packet contents with the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil stirring until thickened. Return the chops to the pan. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
