Instructions

  • 1 Heat a small frying pan on a medium heat, add the mild curry powder and ginger. Warm through for 30 seconds so the spices begin to release their aromatics, then add the rustic country soup.
  • 2 Heat through to a simmer and add the cream. / crème fraiche.
  • 3 Carefully transfer to a blender and blend to a smooth soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
