  • 200 grams Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons Tandoori Spice Blend

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, scored

Instructions

  • 1 Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and Tandoori Curry Spice Blend in a bowl, add the chicken and coat thoroughly.
  • 2 Cover and marinate for 30 mins, or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • 3 Pre-heat the grill to medium and grill for 8-10 mins on each side, until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
