Wok It Caribbean Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 450 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 green pepper, sliced

  • 225 millilitres water

  • 1 sachet Caribbean Chicken Schwartz


  • 1 Heat oil and fry chicken for about 5 mins, or until browned. Add onion and peppers and fry for another 5 mins.
  • 2 Mix seasoning with water and add to the pan, allow to sizzle for a couple of mins, or until sauce thickens and chicken cooked through.
  • 3 Serve with long grain rice.
  • 4 Try Something Different: Try adding a handful of cubed pineapple with peppers. Also great with King prawns or sliced pork tenderloin.
