- 1 Place the cauliflower in a steamer and steam for 5-6 minutes, until tender but still al dente.
- 2 Meanwhile, blend the packet contents with the milk and bring to the boil, stirring. Add the butter if using, and leave to simmer for 1 minute.
- 3 Place the cauliflower in a large serving dish and pour over the Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
