Garlic Mushroom Starter

Pan-fried mushrooms in a rich and creamy wine, garlic and parsley sauce. Delicious with crusty bread for a starter or light lunch or a great accompaniment to meat or chicken.

  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, until softened.

  • Add the mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes. Blend the sachet contents with the milk and add to the pan, bring to the boil, stirring.

  • Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Great served with crusty bread.
