A quick and easy hummus recipe flavoured with Cumin and Smoked Paprika.
Ingredients
  • 400 gram (14 ounces) tin, chickpeas, drained and washed

  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Granules

  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons tahini

  • 50 millilitres water

  • Schwartz Sea Salt & Black Pepper to season

Instructions

  • 1 Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender (excluding the water).
  • 2 Blitz well until the mixture comes together, then slowly add the water. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
  • 3 Serve with tasty carrot, cucumber and celery veggie sticks.
