Water, Butter (8%)(from Milk), Modified Starch, Egg Yolk (3%), Salt, Dijon Mustard (Water, Dijon Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Acid (Citric Acid)), Onion Powder, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, White Wine Vinegar, Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), White Pepper.
Each pack serves 4
1. Pour contents into a small saucepan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
2. Serve immediately over fish.

Microwave ovens vary. The following is a guide only.
Shake pouch gently. Tear off top of pouch and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving.

Hints & Tips …
For a delicious creamy baked cod, take 3-4 cod loins or fillets and wrap evenly in Parma ham. Place in an ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes, until cod is cooked through.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
