Our premade hollandaise sauce is a rich and velvety sauce made with butter, lemon and eggs. Delicious with salmon, cod and haddock.

Usage Tips

1 Pour sauce into a small saucepan. Simmer for 3 mins, stirring.
2 Serve immediately over fish.

Microwave oven vary. The following is a guide only.
Shake pouch gently. Cut off top of pouch and heat on full power or 3 mins. Stir, leave to stand for 1 minute and ensure piping hot before serving. Handle pouch with caution.

Delicious with pan­fried sautéed new potatoes and asparagus. Also ideal poured over poached eggs, crispy bacon and toasted muffins for a tasty breakfast or brunch.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.  Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.
