Chicken & Coconut Curry

Ingredients

• 450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

• Juice of 1 lemon

• ½ teaspoon Garlic Grinder

• ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger

• 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Ground

• pinch Cayenne Chilli Pepper

• ½ teaspoon Turmeric

• 1 teaspoon Coriander Ground

• ½ teaspoon Cumin Ground

• 2 tablespoons oil

• 1 medium onion, sliced

• 300 millilitre (½ pint) boiling water

• 50 gram (2 ounce) creamed coconut, crumbled

• ½ teaspoon Garam Masala

• Sea Salt , to taste
