500 grams brussel sprouts, trimmed and shredded
1 sachet Sauteed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon - Limited Edition
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
125 grams pomegranate seeds
100 grams walnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
100 grams rocket
50 grams parmesan, peeled into slivers
125 grams bacon lardons, fried and crispy (optional)
Dressing
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 lemon, juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder Mill
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
