Chocolate Spiced Slice
8 large digestive biscuits, crushed
25 gram (1 ounce) glacé cherries, chopped
25 gram (1 ounce) flaked almonds
1 teaspoon Ground Allspice
1 tablespoons orange juice
50 gram (2 ounce) plain chocolate, melted
25 gram (1 ounce) butter, melted
Mix the biscuits, cherries and almonds with the Allspice. Stir in the orange juice, chocolate and butter.
Spread evenly into a small, shallow, square cake tin and refrigerate until set.
Cut into small slices to serve.
