Cucumber Celery Slushie

250 grams (9 ounces) cucumber, peeled and chopped

100 grams (4 ounces) celery, chopped

175 millilitres (6 fluid ounce) water

50 grams (2 ounces) sugar

7 grams (1/4 ounces) mint, chopped

75 millilitres (3 fluid ounce) lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 teaspoon Dried Dill

1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

675 grams (1 1/2 bags) ice cubes

Instructions
- 1 Place all ingredients except ice in blender container, cover. Purée until smooth.
- 2 Add ice to blender and pulse until well mixed and smooth. Serve immediately.
