Garlic & Parsley Prawns
Ingredients
  • 25 gram (1 ounce) butter

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic

  • 1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley

  • 225 gram (8 ounce) large cooked, peeled prawns

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling.
  • 2 Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.
