Garlic & Parsley Prawns
25 gram (1 ounce) butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley
225 gram (8 ounce) large cooked, peeled prawns
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Add the Minced Garlic, Parsley and prawns and stir fry until sizzling.
Serve immediately with plenty of French bread and lemon wedges.
