450 gram (1 pound) new potatoes
1 red onion, chopped
1 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley
Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and rinse well under cold water, until cool.
- 2 Slice the potatoes thickly and combine with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
- 3 Serve at room temperature.
