A creamy, savoury sauce mix with lemon juice, white
wine, butter and egg. Ideal with salmon, fish, vegetables and chicken.
Simply add milk and butter.
Usage
HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
1 packet Schwartz Hollandaise Sauce Mix
300ml (½ pint) milk
25g (1oz) butter (optional)
1. Empty the packet contents into a small saucepan.
2. Blend in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring
continuously.
Delicious served with salmon or poured over asparagus. Why
not try stirring mixed seafood into the prepared sauce, topping with
mashed potato and baking until golden.
