Chargrilled Duck with Tagliatelle recipe

Ingredients

Chargrilled Duck with Tagliatelle is a delicious dish for two. Just right to serve your Valentine.

Method

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6.

Step 2

Prick the duck breasts all over the skin with a fork. Sprinkle the 4 tsp of Perfect Shake Chargrilled Chicken Special Blend evenly over both sides of the duck breasts. Place the breasts skin side up on a rack over a roasting tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until the juices run clear or according to taste. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before carving.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the pack instructions. Drain. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add the remaining 1 tsp of Perfect Shake Chargrilled Chicken Special Blend, spinach and tagliatelle. Toss until evenly coated. Slice the duck and serve on a bed of tagliatelle and spinach.

This makes a great meal for your Valentine.
