Apple Topped Pork with Honey & Mustard Sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x 175 g (6 oz) pork loin chops
  • 1 apple, quartered and sliced
  • Knob of butter, softened
  • 1 pouch Schwartz Honey & Mustard Sauce - Heat & Pour

These pork chops make a quick and tasty mid-week meal with a twist when served with Schwartz Heat & Pour Honey and Mustard Sauce.

Method

Step 1

Pre-heat the grill to high. Place the pork on the grill rack and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning half-way through.

Step 2

Layer the apple slices over the pork, baste with the softened butter and return to the grill. Cook for a further 4 minutes until the apples are golden brown.

Step 3

Meanwhile, heat the Honey & Mustard Sauce in a small saucepan for 2-3 minutes, stirring.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the pork chops and serve with roasted vegetables.
