Garlic & Rosemary Roasties recipe

Ingredients

Delicious potato wedges in a crunchy coating including onion, Garlic, Rosemary and Parsley.

Method

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes into 5cm (2”) chunks. Par-boil for 5 minutes, drain and return back to the pan.

Step 2

Drizzle 2 tbs of the oil over a baking tray and heat in the oven for 3 minutes. Pour the remaining oil over the potatoes and sprinkle in the sachet contents, toss gently to coat evenly.

Step 3

Spread the potatoes onto the hot baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
