Carrots with Cumin & Parsley

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Add the Garlic Granules, Cumin and lemon juice. Season to taste, add a splash of water and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Finish with the Parsley 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve immediately.
