Parsley & Thyme Stuffing

When it comes to stuffing, flat leaf parsley and aromatic thyme blend together beautifully to bring out the festive flavour in roast turkey. Don’t forget to add a sprinkle of allspice to amplify that Christmassy aroma! You can use this delicious breadcrumb stuffing inside your bird, or roll into individual portions and cook separately.

Top tip: this savoury treat tastes even better made the night before, as it allows the flavours to develop.

  • Place the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, Parsley, Thyme, Pepper and Perfect Shake Season-All Herb & Spice Special Blend in a large bowl and mix well. Add the melted butter and beaten egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly.

  • Use as a stuffing for a turkey or chicken before roasting, or shape the mixture into balls and cook them separately around the bird for 30 minutes. It is not suitable for freezing.
