Classic Barbecue Chicken Kebabs
450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 courgette, cut into chunks
1 red pepper, cut into chunks
1 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoon Classic Barbecue
- 1 Place the chicken and vegetables in a bowl and coat evenly with the oil and Perfect Shake Classic Barbecue Special Blend. Thread onto 4 skewers or kebab sticks, alternating the chicken and vegetables.
- 2 Place under a pre-heated grill or on the babecue for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked throughout.
- 3 Serve the kebabs on a bed of mixed leaf salad.
