450 gram (1 pound) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 tablespoons tomato purée

- 1 STEP 1: Heat the oil in a large pan add the chicken and fry for 6-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
- 2 STEP 2: Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for a further 4-5 minutes.
- 3 STEP 3: Delicious served wrapped in flour tortillas with guacamole and sour cream.
