Devil's Punch
Ingredients
1 bottle red wine
1 carton cranberry and blackcurrant drink
150 millilitre (¼ pint) brandy
2 sachets Mulled Wine Spices
115 gram (4 ounce) demerara sugar
2 oranges, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour the wine, cranberry drink and brandy into a large saucepan. Add the mulled wine spice sachets and stir well. Bring to just below boiling point for 10 minutes.
- 2 Stir in the sugar, orange and lemon slices. Remove the sachets and serve piping hot.
